Description
Whether you’re studying, developing an idea, building your career, exploring entrepreneurship or simply trying something new, setbacks, rejection, uncertainty and unexpected change are part of moving forward.
How to build your resilience explores resilience not as simply pushing through, but as learning how to respond, recover and adapt when things become difficult or don’t work as expected. Through practical activities and discussion, you’ll explore your responses to setbacks, how to turn experiences into useful learning, what you can control, and when to persist, adapt or change direction.
You don’t need a business or an idea to benefit – just curiosity and a willingness to learn from what happens next.
