Description
Craft Friday is a crafting event for everyone. No previous experience is necessary as we will have experts on hand to help and materials that you can use.
Each month we will have some seasonal items you can join us in making, we have previously made crochet cacti and macramé plant hangers.
September's session has two options. There will be a hand mending clinic where we can help with darning, loose buttons, slack elastic and more. Alternatively, you can come along to learn the basics of knitting or crochet so that you feel confident to try the projects at our future events. As ever, you are also welcome to use the time to work on your own project in company.
You are welcome to come for the whole session or just drop in for some of it. We will have light refreshments for you to enjoy.
How to attend
You do not need to book onto this event. It is open for all staff and students to attend.
