Description
Books and Bants is a book club for busy people. There is no need to read anything in advance. We will have some books around for inspiration. You might just want to chat about what's on your to-read list.
October's Books and Bants theme is Black History Month.
This might be:
- Books by Black authors
- Books with Black characters
- Books celebrating Black history
- Anything else this theme means to you
You may also find inspiration from our Black history resources.
Books and Bants runs throughout the academic year both in person and online. If this session isn't for you, we have lots more dates and themes coming up.
How to attend
All on-campus book clubs will meet at the help desk on Level 2 of Frenchay Library.
