Description

Battle of the DJs, CfM’s brand new event is here to showcase the best DJs that UWE Bristol has to offer. The Centre for Music is hosting this free event at the Students’ Union.

If you're interested in competing, just send us a 5 minute minimix showcasing your skills.

Our performers will take the stage one by one to demonstrate their mixing talents in front of an esteemed panel of judges.

The best 5-minute minimix will win either a snazzy pair of Sennheiser HD25 professional headphones or a cracking AlphaTheta DDJ-FLX2 DJ controller, prizes worth around £150!

This is the perfect opportunity not just to win professional DJ equipment, but also to meet professionals who work in the Bristol scene who will be giving invaluable advice for aspiring DJs.

As a band, DJ, solo artist or songwriter, the Centre for Music can help you find other musicians, get gigs, peform and record your music and develop yourself as an artist.

We provide free or hugely subsidised four week mini music courses to our members for band instruments, voice, DJing and music software.
