Description
As part of Disability History Month, join Registered Nurse, educator and certified menopause coach Elli Bliss for a compassionate, ADHD-informed exploration of hormonal health, drawing on research and lived experience.
Hormonal changes can affect how we feel, think and function. For people with ADHD, shifts across the menstrual cycle, perimenopause and menopause may bring changes in focus, memory, emotional regulation, sleep and energy.
Understanding these patterns can help us make sense of our experiences and recognise when we might need different support.
Together, we’ll explore how hormones interact with the ADHD brain, how these changes can show up in everyday life and what we can do to support ourselves.
Whether you’re exploring your own experiences or supporting someone else, this session offers space to build understanding, ask questions and leave with clearer next steps.
