Project summary
Defra commissioned Ricardo Energy & Environment (Ricardo), in partnership with MEL Research and UWE Bristol, to develop a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework, provide suggestions as to how the management and reporting processes of the Air Quality Grant Scheme (AQGS) funding to local authorities could be improved, and identify whether and how the impact of the programme could be increased going forward.
