Description
For International Women’s Day on Saturday 8 March, MOVE is celebrating the power of women moving together by hosting a Women’s MOVEtogether takeover on the outdoors Astro facility at the Centre for Sport.
Activities for those who identify as women or non-binary include:
- football
- netball
- tennis
- basketball
- beach Volleyball
These will be one hour slots repeated from 11:00-14:00. Come along and try an activity. Beginners are welcome, equipment provided.

How to book
As a UWE Bristol student you get access to our MOVE programme for free!
You will receive an email with your PIN number that you can use to book onto sessions through the UWE Sport app or online.
If you are not sure what your PIN number is you can reset it through UWE Bristol Sport online.
If you are a UWE gym or Active Card member you are automatically enrolled on to the MOVE programme. If you need a reminder of your PIN number, please email reception.sport@uwe.ac.uk.
MOVE is also open to UWE Bristol staff, their families and members of the public.
