Description
To mark Ada Lovelace Day 2025, we are proud to host Women in tech week: a programme of events and resources designed to celebrate, challenge, and change the narrative around gender equity in technology.
Recruitment is where inclusion begins. While UWE Bristol is committed to equity, the wider tech sector loses £2–3.5 billion annually due to the departure of women from tech roles.
This session offers practical strategies to embed equity into recruitment, helping UWE Bristol lead by example and build a tech workforce that reflects the diversity of our community.
