Description

Fancy getting outside, meeting new people and exploring ways to get involved locally?

Join us for a relaxed wellbeing walk from Frenchay Campus through Stoke Park, with the chance to connect with a local charity and see what they do.

What to expect

  • A gentle 1.5 mile nature walk through Stoke Park.
  • Meet the team at Lockleaze Neighbourhood Trust.
  • Visit The Hub (their community space).
  • Find out about simple, flexible ways to get involved (no pressure).

Lockleaze Neighbourhood Trust works with local residents to create a fairer, healthier and more sustainable community. Their activities range from nature-based projects and wellbeing sessions to creative groups and community events.

Why come along?

  • Spend time outdoors and boost your wellbeing.
  • Meet other students and people in your local area.
  • Find out about out volunteering or local activities you could get involved in a relaxed, no-commitment way.

We will then retrace our steps and walk back to campus together.
