Description
Boost your wellbeing before the winter break! How? By learning some strategies to enable you to better understand your stressors and how to manage them.
During this student-led session, you will have the opportunity to:
- explore and discuss ways to improve mental health and wellbeing
- understand what stress is and why it is important
- identify stressors and reflect on your coping strategies
- identify your own critical thoughts and practise reframing them more positively
- find out about the range of support available, and how to access help if needed.
This is a relaxed and supportive group session led by a trained Wellbeing student PAL Leader.
