Description
Investment is the life blood of the economy. Yet the choice about what is invested in and how substantially impacts sustainable development outcomes and the impact on the environment.
Society needs to see a transition towards more sustainable business and economies, yet the transition for many small and medium sized businesses (that make up much of the UK economy) most often requires finance and sometimes a level of risk taking to make the transition.
This is the first of a series of UWE workshops that focuses on these as related sustainable finance challenges. Providing an open engagement platform to develop the field, between academics, business and policy makers.
