Description
The majority of an organisation’s climate impact lies outside its direct operations – embedded in supply chains, travel and everyday purchases. These Scope 3 emissions represent both a significant challenge and an important opportunity for meaningful climate action.
In this one-hour online session, we will:
- introduce Scope 3 emissions and why they matter for organisations
- share insights from UWE Bristol’s own carbon footprint, with a focus on Scope 3
- connect this understanding to how climate action will reshape industries and the world of work.
This session is open to both students and staff. It offers a chance to deepen your understanding of institutional climate impact and how we are using university spend to drive climate action.
Registration and tickets
This online event is free to attend, but you must book your place in advance.
