Description
This interactive workshop will offer you the chance to explore and practise some of the main features of spoken English in a supportive environment.
This workshop is a part of the Communication Skills for International Students programme. It is designed for international students and students who use English as an additional language.
You can access session materials beforehand from the Study Skills Blackboard course.
Workshop objectives
To feel more confident about:
- reflecting on the varieties of pronunciation of English
- recognising important features of spoken English
- practising some of the features of spoken English in groups.
