Description

In the run-up to the Bristol 10k and half marathon event, UWE Bristol Sport is putting on yoga for runners sessions.

These sessions are suitable for all abilities and include simple yoga poses to aid recovery from runs and improve body awareness and focus.

How to book

These classes are free for MOVE members (if you have an Active Card membership with us you are automatically a MOVE member). If you are a non-member, classes are £5 each.

The classes can be booked up to seven days in advance through the UWE Sport app or online.

If you are a non-member please register as a pay as you go member first to get a PIN number that will enable you to book and pay. 

MOVE is open to UWE students, staff, their families and members of the public.
