Description
This is a workout for the ravers or anyone that loves high energy music to work out to. Drum 'n' Bass boxing will keep you moving and get you sweating, build confidence and strength, all with a smile on your face!
How to book
MOVE is free for UWE students. If you haven't registered yet, register online. If you are a UWE gym member you are automatically enrolled on to the MOVE programme.
Once you have your PIN number, book sessions through the UWE Sport app or online.
MOVE is also open to UWE staff, their families and members of the public.
