Description
Carnival Fitness is a body-weighted dance fitness class incorporating basic dance steps and inspired by the magic and energy of a Caribbean Carnival.
So join Student Life for this feelgood event, its free and will be running every week from the 24 January at the Centre for Sport. Book via the MOVE app.
How to book
MOVE is free for UWE students. If you haven't registered yet, register online. (If you are a UWE gym member you are automatically enrolled on to the MOVE programme).
Once you have your PIN number, book sessions through the UWE Sport app or online.
MOVE is also open to UWE staff, their families and members of the public.
