Description
Really fun, high vibe, low impact, mini trampoline class followed by HIIT. You will get a really good sweat on!
How to book
MOVE is free for UWE students. If you haven't registered yet, register online. If you are a UWE gym member you are automatically enrolled on to the MOVE programme.
Once you have your PIN number, book sessions through the UWE Sport app or online.
MOVE is also open to UWE staff, their families and members of the public.
