Description
The Student Life team will be sharing ideas on mindfulness, exploring different approaches and techniques, and trying some of them out.
Join us and share your practice or just find out more and try it yourself for the first time.
We will then be joining the MOVE Meditation session at the Centre for Sport for some guided meditation. You will need to book the Centre for Sport MOVE session via the MOVE app to attend this part of the evening.
Registration and tickets
You don't need to book for the first part of this event.
If you would like to take part in the MOVE Mediation session that follows this event, please book your place via the UWE Sport app.
