Join Student Life for a knitting and crochet evening.
Bring your own project or come and try out a new skill - all abilities are welcome.
Come and join us - it's free and we will supply the equipment
Did you know...
- Knitting and crochet can reduce anxiety and release serotonin.
- Yarn engages multiple senses - yarn is colourful, squishy and soft. It can be smooth, it can be fuzzy, it can have sparkles in it!
- Making art can lower cortisol levels and boost confidence.
