Description

We are hosting a conservation volunteering session at Sims Hill Community Woodland. Jobs will include litter picking, bramble and ash-tree regeneration cutting, tidying up pathways and removing broken tree guards.

A vegan lunch will be provided, but please bring snacks if you want them. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear, and bring a coat in case of rain.

This opportunity is open to all students, regardless of experience. Tools will also be provided.

How to attend

You must book you place in advance. We will meet outside the Students' Union, Frenchay Campus at 10:00 and then walk to the Sims Hill site together.
