Description
Due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback the Cyber Security Awareness event received last year, a pop-up event will be held at the Bower Ashton Campus. The Cyber Security Awareness Event is an opportunity for you to immerse yourself in a range of free, fun and interactive activities, as well as to learn how to keep you, your data and your devices safe from cyber-crime.
Are you familiar with Phishing or Social Engineering? Pop along to The Hub at Bower Ashton Campus to find out more.
The event will once again feature ‘Franks Café’, a series of mini games designed by our Games Technology students. Come and help the friendly monsters make cookies for you and their customers, pick up your goodie bag, a free cookie, and learn how to keep your personal data safe online!
This is a free event for Students and Staff, no booking required.
