Description
This workshop will give you tips and practice in how to communicate appropriately with your lecturers.
This workshop is a part of the Communication Skills for International Students programme. It is designed for international students and students who use English as an additional language.
The session materials for this workshop are on the Study Skills Blackboard course.
Workshop objectives
In this session you will:
- learn some tips for addressing and emailing your lecturers.
- practise writing an email in the correct style.
- share ideas for effective face-to-face meetings with lecturers.
