Description

Part of Bristol Green Capital Partnership's Climate Action Programme, this event on climate resilience is for students, staff and members of the public. It will focus on understanding and preparing for potential climate risks and will help any organisation adapt and thrive through a changing climate and the related impacts on business.

Come along to this Climate Action Breakfast for an introduction to climate resilience and some of the risks for businesses, as well as real-life examples of steps you can take to protect organisations from climate shocks and build resilience into net zero plans.

Speakers include:

  • Liz Parkes, Deputy Director Climate Change and Business Services at the Environment Agency
  • Ben Smith, Associate Director, Climate Resilience at Atkins.

A light vegetarian/vegan breakfast of fruit and pastries will be provided.
