Description
Help create a new public artwork for UWE Bristol Frenchay campus! A series of free spring sculpture-making sessions running at Frenchay campus for students, staff, and local people at the new Bryophyte Club Making Space – Room 2S510 in S-block on Frenchay campus.
We’ll be making large-scale sculptures from clay, which will be cast in bronze or fired in a brick kiln. Artists Ben and Phil from Juneau Projects will be on hand to give guidance. No experience is needed!
This is a joint project between Arnolfini and UWE Bristol with artists Juneau Projects to create a sculpture garden for the new student accommodation village at Frenchay campus. The sculptures were designed with local people, staff and students at the University through workshops in autumn 2022. We now invite all participants back to have a hand in the next stage of the creation!
