Description
The theme of this event will be ‘How Your Business Can Benefit from Behavioural Science’ and will feature a brief talk by Chloe Foy, Behavioural Strategist at McCann Synergy, as well as Dr Tom Bowden-Green, Senior Lecturer in Marketing.
Tom will briefly explain what we mean by ‘behavioural science’ and some basic psychological principles, before sharing some examples of how behavioural science can improve the effectiveness of your marketing activity. He will also summarise some of the recent academic research in this area.
Chloe will look at how behavioural science principles can help you to engage your employees. She will discuss ways of using insight-driven employer branding, communication and experiences to change employee behaviour.
A light breakfast will be provided and there will be plenty of opportunity for networking.
If you would like to attend, please complete the registration form no later than Thursday 29 June. Please be aware that spaces are limited, so please ensure you complete this as soon as possible to reserve your space.
