Description
The theme of this event will be ‘traditional management is dead. What’s changed?’ and will feature a brief talk by Jonathan Snary and experts in the industry Glen Maxwell-Heron and Felix Spender who propose: ‘The workplace and workforce have had dramatic change forced upon them which has demanded a change in approach from managers and leaders. Simultaneously, we see a shortage of technically skilled jobseekers, making attraction harder and driving salaries up’.
What have been the key trends that have driven this revolution and what do organisations need to do to get on the front foot to attract and retain the best talent in this tight labour market?
Join this interactive discussion to share and learn about how other organisations are facing these challenges and setting themselves up for success.
