Kathryn Bishop and Gillian Camm, Business Book Awards 2024 Finalists, bring their expert insights to life in this intimate and transformative in-person workshop.
Exploring some of the key themes from their book 'Board Talk: 18 crucial conversations that count inside and outside the boardroom’, this session is an opportunity to understand better what makes a board of directors effective – what can help and what can hinder?
Whether you are a veteran board member or aspiring to be one in the future, this workshop will look at the ingredients for a well-functioning board in any organisation – private, public or voluntary.
Facilitated by Kathryn and Gillian, you will explore how you and your colleagues can become the board your organisation truly needs, using research and real-world examples to explore essential strategies that foster trust, clarity, and effective decision-making in the boardroom.
Whether you're navigating complex discussions, building consensus, or addressing challenging topics, this workshop offers actionable insights to elevate your leadership impact.
