Booking your place at graduation

We email all provisionally eligible graduates inviting you to book a place at graduation. Please check your contact details are up to date on MYUWE.

  • If your graduation ceremony is in July, expect your email by the end of April.
  • If your graduation ceremony is in November, expect your email by the end of September.

The deadline for booking your place for July 2024 ceremonies is Friday 21 June 2024.
