Description
When we’re motivated by something, it can be easy to keep pushing, take on too much or ignore the signs that our energy is running low. Whether you’re studying, working, exploring an idea or building something of your own, the habits that help us perform can sometimes become the ones that leave us depleted.
Avoiding Startup Burnout explores how to recognise the early signs and behaviours that can contribute to burnout, before they become harder to manage. Through practical activities and discussion, you’ll explore your own patterns, the relationship between performance and recovery, and practical ways to manage priorities, boundaries, support and energy more sustainably. You’ll also consider why these behaviours can become particularly important when starting or growing something of your own.
Whether you’re curious about entrepreneurship, developing an idea, building your career or already running something, come ready to reflect, experiment and discover what sustainable progress could look like for you.
