Description
In celebration of International Women's Day, we are hosting a self-defence class to empower you with essential skills and boost your confidence.
Georgina, a NFPS Level 3 self-defence instructor from Live Safely Self Defence, will lead the session. She will demonstrate valuable self-defence techniques and guide you through each move.
Participants will have the opportunity to practice these techniques under Georgina's expert supervision. After the class, join us for drinks and snacks!
