Description
What is resilience? How do you sue the skills of resilience in your everyday life? How can you become more resilient?
The aims of this session facilitated by our PAL Leaders:
- Explore what resilience means.
- Reflect on how you want to build your resilience.
- Gain insight into how the seven learnable skills of resilience work.
- Reflect on how you might apply these skills to your own personal situation.
- Become aware of the range of support available and how to access help.
In this session, you will explore a scenario about a fictional student with money worries. You will be able to discuss budgeting tips and advice.
