Description
Find your tribe in a relaxed, friendly environment for anyone who identifies as neurodiverse or nervous or anxious.
Join us at this super-chilled social to network with support services and find new friends to buddy up with for other Welcome events. There’s no criteria to attend – whether you’re formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed or just feel a bit shy in new situations, everyone’s welcome!
We’ll have free hot drinks and snacks on hand, as well as activities such as mindfulness colouring and board games to help break the ice.
You can drop in to this event for as long or as little as you like. We know that social situations can be a bit overwhelming, so there’s no pressure to get involved – if you’d rather sit back, watch or do your own thing in the space then that’s cool with us!
Find us in The Students’ Union at Glenside (see below for directions and venue information). We’ll be in the Games Room, with a quiet space available next door in Meeting Room 1.
This event is open to all UWE Bristol students.
