Vinyasa style practice, combining physical movements with the breath to bring ourselves into the present moment, enabling us to calm the mind.
Suitable for all abilities including beginners, the class is adapted to meet you where you are.
How to book
MOVE is free for UWE Bristol students. You should have received an email with your PIN number to be able to book sessions. If you need a reminder of this please email the Centre for Sport reception at firstname.lastname@example.org.
MOVE is also open to UWE staff, their families and members of the public. If you are a UWE gym or Active Card member you can use your existing PIN number to book MOVE sessions.
