Description

This online workshop is particularly targeted at students studying for the MSc Business and Management course and other postgraduate courses in Business and Management, although open to all. It introduces the resources and principles required to approach a literature review. There is a particular emphasis upon recognising and organising your sources by theme. There are also hints and tips on recognising academic English by using appropriating academic style.

This workshop will take place online in Blackboard Collaborate – guidance on using Collaborate is available. The workshop will have interactive elements and we recommend that if possible you use a laptop or PC with Chrome or Firefox as your browser. You may wish to use an additional mobile device or another tab in your browser for the interactive elements. You can access session materials beforehand from the Study Skills Blackboard course.

If you have any questions or any accessibility needs, please do contact UWE Bristol library.

Workshop objectives

The aims of this workshop are to feel more confident about:

  • organising your content by theme
