Description
As part of Feel Good, we are offering students free hand massages at Frenchay Library to help you destress.
Evidence has shown that a regular hand massage helps ease pain, increase hand strength, and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
Caroline Danby is a qualified, accredited and insured Holistic Therapist in Bristol.
