Want to learn how to make your own authentic Italian pizza?
Join us for a Vegan Pizza Making workshop led by UWE Alumni, Ivan, who runs Del Vecchio's pizza van on campus! As part of the last day of Green Fortnight, Ivan will be giving a tutorial on how to make your own dough from scratch, stretching techniques and how to cook a delicious pizza using regular ovens. Ivan will also provide guidance on how you can use leftover ingredients for future meals to avoid food waste. This event is completely free however, we do ask you to reserve a spot as there are limited spaces available.
There is unfortunately no gluten free option for this session. If you can no longer attend, please email the SU.
