Description

This year our Diwali celebration is proudly brought to you by UWE Global Buddies with support from the Student’s Union VP Community and Welfare and VP Sports. 

Diwali is the Hindu festival of lights and signifies the victory of light against darkness. 

Every year millions of people across the globe celebrate this festive event. We celebrate this occasion together and invite you to join in with our Diwali themed global café: A taste of Diwali.

Please feel free to dress in your traditional clothing when attending this event.

We will be using diyas whilst colouring Rangoli patterns and tasting some delicious Indian snacks.
