Do you want to be part of an ADHD group and would like to:

understand a diagnosis of ADHD better
find your strengths
explore new strategies to help with your study skills? behaviour? performance
try something new
meet like-minded peers.

If so, you could take part in a five week psycho-educational ADHD programme.

Session overview

Sessions include:

what is ADHD
looking after yourself
manage your learning environment - lectures, group work, on-line, in person
manage yourself - organisation, time management
get your writing started
manage your communications and relationships.
