Description
Do you want to be part of an ADHD group and would like to:
- understand a diagnosis of ADHD better
- find your strengths
- explore new strategies to help with your study skills? behaviour? performance
- try something new
- meet like-minded peers.
If so, you could take part in a five week psycho-educational ADHD programme.
Session overview
Sessions include:
- what is ADHD
- looking after yourself
- manage your learning environment - lectures, group work, on-line, in person
- manage yourself - organisation, time management
- get your writing started
- manage your communications and relationships.
