Description
UWE Bristol Library is hosting Feel Good book giveaways during the first week of May, to help you to relax and destress during the exam period. We'll be hiding the giveaway books around our campuses, and we'll be posting location clues on our Instagram Stories @uwelibrary. If you find a book, it's yours to keep.
This book giveaway features Your Five Minute Journal by Amy Birch. This journal will help you to increase your mental wellbeing, happiness and self-esteem. Writing is a powerful tool and just five minutes a day will improve your life by reducing stress and increasing your gratitude.
