In January, UWE Bristol Library is hosting Feel Good book giveaways, to help you to relax and destress during the exam period. We'll be hiding the giveaway books around our campuses, and we'll be posting location clues on our Instagram Stories @uwelibrary. If you find a book, it's yours to keep.
This book giveaway features The little book of self care by Mel Noakes. Full of inspiring reminders, positive thoughts, easy wins and useful advice, The Little Book of Self Care will help you identify what you need so you can relax, refuel and find peace in your busy life.
