Starting weekly from 04 January 2023, every Wednesdays from 18:45-19:30.
Join us at Centre for Music for a full sensory immersion with low lights and gentle music to give mind and body a complete rest, led by professional yoga instructor, for free!
This free session with a professional yoga instructor is brought to you as part of the MOVE programme with UWE Sport.
