Description
The Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR) is a four-week mindfulness programme, designed to support resilience and wellbeing using mindfulness and compassion-based practices.
CMR, developed by Mindfulness UK, is the first short programme to be recognised by the International Panel for the Acknowledgement of Mindfulness-Based Programmes (IPA) and aligns with the British Association of Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA) good practice guidelines.
The orientation session is free to attend and offers an opportunity to learn more about the course and ask any questions you may have. You'll also experience a short practice in a small group setting, helping you decide whether this programme is right for you at this time. Upon completion of your orientation session, you will be invited to formally register on the course.
Further orientation session dates are also available in-person (13 March) and online (9 April), you only need to attend one orientation session. Following the orientation session there are course start dates available at the end of April (in-person) and end of June (online).
