Climate Change Primary Education and Research Network

About the event

Organised by the Sustainability in Research strand of the Education and Childhood Research Group (ECRG), the Climate Change Primary Education and Research Network brings together over 100 teachers and researchers to discuss and share insights into all things climate and sustainability focused for the primary school (4-11 year-olds).

The network meets online, six times a year, and is organised and chaired by Dr Verity Jones and Dr Tessa Podpadec, co-leaders of the Sustainability in Education strand in the Education and Childhood Research Group at UWE Bristol.

In this session, we are delighted to present Professor Jennie Golding, Professor of Mathematics Policy and Practice (University College London) 'Environmental awareness, attitudes and action: what does TIMSS tell us about primary learners in England, and internationally?' and Cathy Wentworth, Head of Development (Green Schools Project) 'Green Schools Project'.
