Join UWE Fashion Textile for an exciting panel discussion on the future of fashion in Bristol, during Sustainable Fashion Week: SFW // FUTURE CITIZEN.
The event brings together students, academics and innovative local fashion start ups and practitioners, the event will open up conversation about the varied opportunities for fashion across materials, design, communication and community sharing visions for fashion in our vibrant city.
Chaired by Lizzie Harrison, our panel for the evening include:
- Lisa Matzi, founder of Rebel Patch
- Weronika Stelmach, founder Weaving Change
- Arabella Crandon, co-founder of Mber creative
- Amelia Brown, Knitwear Designer
- Dr Emma Rigby, Associate Director in Fashion, UWE Bristol
With a focus on how changemakers can shape the future of fashion in Bristol.
Our event will take place at City Campus at Bower Ashton, UWE Bristol, and includes a tour of BA(Hons) Fashion Textiles work-in-progress show responding to themes of regenerative, inclusive and digital fashion futures.
