This all-in-one platform is packed with practical tools, expert insights and interactive features to support your journey to holistic wellness.
These free sessions are led by a trained expert who’ll walk you through helpful tips and techniques.
There are three sessions during the afternoon, so select your session to book your place.
And afterwards? Join us for pizza in the Student Life Hub!
