In this session, you will explore a scenario about a student struggling with anxiety and loneliness. You will be able to discuss tips to manage anxiety and loneliness.

Workshop objectives

The aims of this session, facilitated by our PAL Leaders, are to:

  • explore the differences between nervousness and anxiety
  • share top tips and hacks for managing nervousness and mild anxiety
  • try out activities which help lessen feelings of nervousness and mild anxiety
  • become aware of the range of support available and how to access help.
