Description
What is resilience? How do you use the skills of resilience in your everyday life? How can you become more resilient?
In this session, you will explore a scenario about a fictional student with money worries. You will be able to discuss budgeting tips and advice.
Workshop objectives
The aims of this session, facilitated by our PAL Leaders, are to:
- explore what resilience means
- reflect on how you want to build your resilience
- gain insight into how the seven learnable skills of resilience work
- reflect on how you might apply these skills to your own personal situation
- become aware of the range of support available and how to access help.
