Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Occupational Therapy
Healthcare teaching opportunities in the School of Health and Social Wellbeing.
Join us and inspire the next generation of occupational therapists. We are looking for lecturers in occupational therapy to join our teaching team at our beautiful Glenside Campus in Bristol. Use your experience in clinical practice to teach, support and assess students undertaking their degree and master’s qualifications.
We’re looking for:
- a range of experience in either physical or psycho-social occupational therapy
- a strong understanding of assessment and management strategies, clinical reasoning, and application to practice in contemporary healthcare
- an ability to demonstrate previous university and/or practice based educational experience
- a sound understanding of occupational science and the ability to translate this into your teaching.

Training and benefits
We have a generous holiday allowance of 35 days plus up to 12.5 bank holidays/closure days and offer hybrid working.
If you don't have a teaching qualification, we can offering training (a post-graduate qualification) and a reduction in workload to help you achieve this.
