| "I have utilised the slip casting process to produce a series of multi-functional pieces, components of an interchangeable dinner service with references to industrial design and my personal appreciation of utilitarian form. Industrial chintz patterned transfers are used to achieve a dialect and interplay with the simplistic forms and neutral glaze surface, as well as adding a playfulness and individuality to the objects." |
