It is essential that you bring your presentation with you to the conference on a USB memory stick and load it on to the computer in your scheduled room no later than 15 minutes before your session. Please ensure your presentation is compatible with Microsoft Windows. We advise embedding video or sound in your presentation
All presenters must be registered for the conference by 1 June 2020. Please see how to register your place.
Symposia can take one of two formats:
4 x oral presentations
(12 minutes + 4 minutes questions) and 1 discussant (12 minutes + 4 minutes questions)
5 x oral presentations
(12 minutes + 4 minutes questions), no discussant.
Posters will be on display during one of two dedicated poster sessions scheduled in the conference programme. This will give delegates plenty of opportunity to view your work. It is essential that you set up your poster in the dedicated set-up times scheduled in the programme.
We ask that you are available to be near your poster during your poster session, in order for delegates to speak to you about your work.
We recommend a poster size of A0 (84cm x 118cm) portrait only. Please see poster size and layout guidelines (PDF) for further details.
The presenters of posters must be registered to attend the conference by 1 June 2020. Please see how to register your place.
Poster boards will be provided for you to display your poster. However, there are no facilities at the venue to print posters: please bring your posters ready to attach to the display boards.
All posters will be allocated a number in the final conference programme. Please check this and attach your poster to the board with your allocated number. Velcro to attach your poster will be provided.
